Adv. Ifat Wald Parker, strategic partner based in Tel Aviv, has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate departments in Israel’s leading law firms and a boutique law firm she founded in 2008, she has been responsible for handling the legal aspects of M&A transactions and advising companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and executives on a broad range of legal matters.

She assists clients with business activity in Israel as well as in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, India, and Africa. She also has vast experience in public law matters and advises non-profit organizations and public figures in Israel. Her legal work encompasses many fields, including commercial and corporate law, contracts, investment transactions, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory matters, public and civil law, public-administrative law, urban planning law, building renovation law, Tel Aviv’s Conservation Plan, and the legal framework governing non-profit organizations.

Adv. Wald Parker has also been actively involved in public initiatives where she has impacted policy changes. She initiated and led the founding of an educational project targeting the prevention of human trafficking in Israel (the project received funding from the US State Department).

Formerly, she served (on a volunteer basis) as a legal counsel for Eran – Emotional First Aid by Telephone and Internet. She continues to assist activists dedicated to ensuring the public interest in public designated land in Tel Aviv.

Raised and educated in the United States, she is fluent in Hebrew and English and possesses a deep understanding of diverse business cultures.
