The following provisions govern the use of the website service (hereinafter, the β€œWebsite”) made available by Shalevet to Internet users.

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the user.

The legal services provided by Shalevet in general are offered at the price indicated in the corresponding professional services proposal and are in no case offered or provided through the Website service.

Use of the Website confers the status of User (hereinafter, the β€œUser”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms included in this Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with all or part of these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

The User should carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Website, as both the Website and the conditions of use contained herein may be modified. Shalevet reserves the right to modify or update these conditions, as well as any information contained on the Website, at any time.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 5 of this Legal Notice and of the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and applicable from time to time, the use of certain services or requests made to Shalevet are subject to prior completion of the relevant User data collection form.

All information supplied by the User on Portal forms for the above or any other purposes must be true. For these purposes, the User warrants the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information supplied to Shalevet perfectly updated so that it reflects the User’s actual status at all times. 4. Exclusion of Liability
